Mission and Objectives
The Agency's mission is to be the Government leading body for providing consultative services to foreign investors that will attract, retain, and grow foreign direct investment in Romanian economy, as a result of a friendly and attractive business environment for developing investment projects.
ARIS Endorsement
Starting January 27, 2003, according to the art.43 of Governmental Ordinance no. 194/2002 regarding alien’s regime in Romania approved, modified and amended by Law no. 357/2003, modified and amended by Law no. 482/27.11.2004 and Law no. 56/13.03.2007, ARIS is granting an endorsement to the foreign citizens applying for the long term visa for developing commercial activities in Romania.
